Peter is the Managing Attorney of the Prosecutorial Accountability Project. His work is focused on designing and implementing creative approaches to curb the problem of prosecutorial misconduct.
Prior to joining CRC, Peter was in private practice, working in both criminal legal system reform and criminal defense spaces. Prior to that, he served as an attorney for over a decade at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, primarily as a trial attorney but also as a member of the Research Unit.
Peter is a graduate of UC Berkeley School of Law and Harvard University. In his free time, Peter enjoys time with his family, listening to podcasts, and watching sports.
